SOx provides a single online, digitally interoperable platform where all healthcare providers, regardless of size, can connect with global suppliers to ensure the streamlined seamless ordering, scheduling, completion and billing of surgery to save money and prevent disruption and lost productivity throughout the surgical logistics supply chain.

These commitments are reflected in our extensive internal Information Security Management System (ISMS), including robust internal policies and real time external monitoring by expert third party Australian Cyber Security companies.

Data Storage

All Surgical Order data is stored in Azure SQL Australian databases and leverages geo-redundant backup storage to protect against outages in the primary location. Encryption of data at rest is achieved using Transparent Data Encryption (TDE).
